Teresa is full of great ideas to relieve the stresses and strains of the festive season by using a few simple pressure points on the body to help relieve headaches from all the planning, feet ache from all the shopping and relax the body after all the hard work that goes into the holiday season.
Place both thumbs on the base of your skull and press in circular motion for 1 minute, move to the top side of skill moving inwards one inch apart from each other until the whole head it finished.
Open hands together and then close them as tight as you can, repeat for 1 minute.
Cross your legs and use your fist to apply pressure under your foot, repeat for 1 minute then move to the other foot.
Finish with a large glass of water to release toxins from the body and keep you hydrated!
