Cuisine at East Winds is of the highest standard. We work closely with St Lucia producers to source the freshest local produce, whether that be fresh fish, such as Marlin or Swordfish, caught daily from our abundant seas, fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers or from our very own kitchen garden. East Winds prides itself on our garden to plate ethos.
Our Executive Chef carefully designs the most delicious of dishes selected from local Caribbean cuisine to well-known international dishes (including vegetarian options).
The main oceanfront restaurant is open for every meal. Breakfast and lunch are self-service, relaxed affairs with a table waiter available for drinks and extra desserts. Dinner is full silver service with an evening dress code of smart/casual with long trousers for gentleman.
Alternatively our thatched gazebos sit along the beachfront and are perfect for honeymoon couples or guests looking for a private romantic dining experience, for lunch or dinner.

Our breakfast buffet features a wide selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, cold cuts of meat, and homemade yogurt. The highlight of every breakfast is Paula’s Corner where you may choose from an array of hot breakfast entrees prepared before your eyes in our open-air grill. We highly recommend starting your day with a glass of our “therapy” made from fresh fruits and vegetables every morning.
Served from 12:30pm – 2:15pm daily.
Our buffet lunch offers a selection of salads, local vegetables, and fresh fruit to complement our Chef’s choice of fish and meat entrees each day. Our lunch menu features many Caribbean dishes as well as the opportunity to watch our Chefs prepare your food at our Sugar Pot Barbecue on various days throughout the week.
Served from 7:30pm – 9:30pm daily.
Our four course Table D’hôte menu uses the freshest of ingredients, blending both International and Caribbean dishes to bring you a delicious evening feast. Served in the Main Restaurant our menu changes nightly so you won’t get bored of the same choices during your stay, we also offer three options for each course, including a vegetarian dish. East Winds also offers an all-day light fare menu with a select number of choices for our guests to enjoy at their convenience. Our all-day dining menu is perfect for guests who have chosen a day trip on the island and want to eat outside normal meal times, or guests who are looking for a little snack between meals. The East Winds Kitchen Garden was established in 2017 to stabilise the supply of organise fresh fruit and vegetables to the kitchen. We rotate our crops through the year to supply the kitchen with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables for guests and staff enjoyment. It is a wonderful opportunity for guests to visit a garden full of locally grown food and see the traditional farming methods used in St Lucia.
