Covid-19 Travel Protocols in Lucia

The Government of Saint Lucia updated the entry requirements for Saint Lucia effective 2nd April 2022:

  1. Fully vaccinated visitors* – there is no requirement for a pre-travel test or quarantine for fully vaccinated visitors. Fully vaccinated visitors must present a valid vaccination record before boarding a flight to St Lucia and on arrival into St Lucia.
  2. Un-vaccinated visitors aged 5 years and older must have a valid negative STANDARD COVID-19 PCR test done within 5 days prior to arrival.

Guests are advised to visit www.stlucia.org  for full details of the entry requirements, including information about acceptable tests.

Fully vaccinated visitors are those who are at least two weeks past their final dose of a WHO approved vaccination. Guests will be given a special wrist band to show that they are fully vaccinated which must be worn at all times when leaving the resort to enjoy the island’s many activities, shopping experiences, restaurants, bars and more.

Visitors who arrive but are not fully vaccinated can still enjoy the property and accompanied Covid-safe excursions.

This relaxing of restrictions certainly represents progress towards normality, however it is important to note that St. Lucia’s core Covid-19 health and safety protocols remain in place (physical distancing, hand washing and mask wearing in public) for the safety of ALL visitors and locals alike.
