Tip Four…
Sylvia recommends a traditional St Lucian Cocktail for this special time of year. Sorrel and Champagne makes a wonderful refreshing cocktail for Christmas, it is used a lot over the festive season in St Lucia as a special celebration ingredient, look out for it later in the series as sorrel makes a good hangover cure and we have our own East Winds recipe. But for now, mix the 2 ingredients together, add a little sugar to taste and enjoy!
