To enhance your well being, join in with Yoga classes with Jill our wonderful and highly experienced Yoga teacher. We have free lessons in the stunning Pavilion set in our beautiful garden. Jill also offers one to one lessons for any experience level. Balance your mind and body at East Winds.
Pilates
Meet Nikita, the East Winds Pilates teacher. Nikita is at East Winds every week to offer our guests classes as well as making herself available for private lessons if you prefer. Pilates classes build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles.
