Our beachside restaurant caters to the most refined palettes. We work closely with St Lucia producers to ensure that we are sourcing the freshest produce for your enjoyment. Our fish are caught daily from the sea and served the same day. This, paired with fresh vegetables and fruits from local farmers, or sometimes our very own kitchen garden, allows us to maintain the highest standard for our cuisine.
We also like to take you on a culinary journey when you join us. That’s why you’ll never see the same menu twice during your stay at the East Winds.

The main oceanfront restaurant is open for every meal. Every meal is table service, breakfast and lunch are more casual with your meal selections brought to your table upon odering. Cocktail reception
Come mingle with fellow guests and resort staff all while enjoying a glass of champagne and a selection of hors d’oeuvres. A perfect way to build up an appetite for dinner. Join us in either the Sunset Bar or Bamboo Lounge!

Rum tasting
Taste the Caribbean with an array of Saint Lucia’s best rum. You will learn how the local rum is made and sample various rum products, some of which are served right here.

Champagne cocktail
Spend some time with the East Winds Bartenders and choose from an array of exceptional pre-dinner cocktails, each made with radiant Champagne. Your choice of another cocktail or beverage is always available.

Chocolate making
Experience how to make your very own chocolate bar from scratch! Learn the process of handcrafting a chocolate bar from locally roasted cocoa beans at Howelton Estate. Enjoy and be proud of yourself for this great experience and relish your delicious 50g chocolate bar.

Taste of santa lucia
The Spice Garden awaits you to learn how to prepare your own delicious local St Lucian meal. Tour the herb garden and learn about all the local herbs and seasoning you will be cooking with shortly afterwards. Minimum number 4 persons.

Cooking class
