At East Winds, dining is an experience that delights the senses. Our beachside restaurant offers an intimate setting where refined palates can savor exceptional meals, crafted from the freshest ingredients. We take pride in sourcing locally, from the rich bounty of Saint Lucia’s producers to the fresh herbs and vegetables grown in our own kitchen garden, ensuring we maintain the highest standards for our Caribbean cuisine.

Monday to Sunday

The main oceanfront restaurant at East Winds is open for every meal. Each meal is served with table service, ensuring a personalized dining experience. Breakfast and lunch are casual meals served buffet-style, with no dress code, allowing you to relax and enjoy. Dinner is a full silver service experience, with an evening dress code of smart/casual. For a more relaxed option, tailored shorts are allowed for gentlemen during dinner.

Whether you’re enjoying a casual meal or a sophisticated dinner, our luxury all-inclusive resort offers something for every occasion, allowing you to make the most of your luxury culinary vacation.

Cocktail reception

Come mingle with fellow guests and resort staff while enjoying a glass of champagne and a selection of hors d’oeuvres. A perfect way to build up an appetite for dinner at our luxury all-inclusive resort.

Join us in either the Sunset Bar or Bamboo Lounge, where you can unwind and enjoy the tropical and serene surroundings.

Rum tasting

Taste the Caribbean with an array of Saint Lucia’s best rum. You will learn how the local rum is made and sample various rum products, some of which are served right here.

Champagne cocktail

Spend some time with the East Winds bartenders and choose from an array of exceptional pre-dinner cocktails, each made with radiant Champagne. Prefer something else? Your choice of another cocktail or beverage is always available. It’s the perfect way to begin your evening at our luxury resort, where you can enjoy the tropical surroundings and sip on the finest drinks as you relax.

Chocolate making

The Spice Garden awaits you to learn how to prepare your own delicious local Saint Lucian meal. Tour the herb garden and discover the local herbs and seasonings you’ll be using to cook with shortly afterwards. This hands-on experience offers a unique insight into Saint Lucia’s local food scenery, making it a standout part of your stay at our luxury all-inclusive resort, where every meal reflects the island’s vibrant culinary heritage.

Taste of santa lucia

Cooking class

Learn how to cook a delectable meal from our very own experienced Chefs Harry or Linton with our live cooking class. Each class will include samples for all to taste and enjoy. This Saint Lucia cooking class allows you to immerse yourself in the rich flavors of Saint Lucia’s local food, giving you a taste of the island’s culinary heritage.

Cocktail class

There is a lot of attention to detail and a feeling that everyone wants to help make your stay special. Lots of shade spots under established trees on the beach with shady canopies and under the shingled shade spots. Good vibes.

					Peaceful Paradise.   - Our second visit to East Winds and just as special. A wonderful place to relax and recharge. The weather was perfect and the grounds stunning. Staff were delightful, warm and... read more friendly. The water sports team were the stars for us. No request was too much for them. Their experienced tuition on sailing and paddle boarding was exceptional. Thank you Joe, Davon and Damien. Food is mostly good especially the lunchtime BBQ. Dinner was on occasions slightly disappointing and we rarely had all the courses. Just not necessary. Perhaps focus should shift to quality and not quantity offering a really top notch entree instead of lots of little courses. Our room was charming and spotlessly clean. However, we had to ask twice to have bathroom light bulb replaced and net curtain in the bedroom had seen better days! The sunset cruise was fantastic and well organised. My criticisms are minor and mentioned only to ensure this incredible place remains top notch in the hope that we will be able to return soon. We would strongly recommend East Winds if you are looking for some peace, space and luxury.

					A beautiful and picturesque resort   - I came to St Lucia with some friends who were getting married at the hotel and it was a beautiful week. The grounds are stunning and the accommodation is very... read more traditional. Every single member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The wedding was absolutely stunning and executed exceptionally from the team. 

The rooms have bug spray and insect repellent which was a lovely touch! 

I had a massage and the open air experience whilst hearing all the calmness from the gardens was amazing. 

We were unfortunate to be here for hurricane beryl but it was handled so professionally and the team ensured we’d have anything we needed and we still had hot meals delivered during this time. They had also arranged for us to have breakfast / lunch / day access at a nearby hotel whilst they cleaned up the grounds following the hurricane. 

It’s a very traditional experience at east winds and one I would recommend for authenticity and charm. An excellent team which truly make it too!

The food was excellent! ... read more Beautiful views as well in the morning and at night. We took an excursion to the volcano and loved that it was a small group and Simeon made it so fun. We also renewed our vows and they exceeded expectations with how beautiful everything was. ❤️
