East Winds are delighted to offer you our new service at Hewanorra International Airport – Fast Track VIP Assistance on arrival.
You are met at the immigration hall by an agent who will escort you through Immigration and Customs. Once checked by Customs, a porter will collect your luggage and take you into the arrival’s hall where you will be greeted by a Premier Concierge agent with cold scented towels and water before introducing you to one of our East Winds friendly and knowledgeable drivers who are waiting to transfer you to our Resort in relaxing comfort.
This is the most efficient way to avoid the crowds and get to your St Lucian home as soon as possible.
For those clients not traveling in Business Class, we can also offer the VIP departure whereby we organise their Passes into the Lounge.
On your departure day, our driver will drop you at the airport where a Premiere Concierge agent will meet you and escort you to your designated airline counter to assist with check-in. You are then expedited though Immigration and security screening before proceeding into the VIP lounge. In the lounge canapés and drinks are served you can access the free Wifi and Cable TV until your flight is ready for boarding.
The cost of the fast track special service is US$100 per couple each way
Airport transfers by road arranged direct with East Winds are US$90 each way
Both services can be added to your final bill on check out.
