The Deluxe Cottages are in the heart of our stunning tropical garden, a few steps away from the pool, beach, restaurant, and bars. Each Deluxe Cottage features an expansive bathroom. You can step directly into a large sunken shower, extending into your own private garden.
These cottages also offer a spacious private terrace ideal for your morning coffee or your favorite cocktail before dinner.
All Deluxe Cottages come with a luxurious king-sized bed as standard. Twin beds are available on request.

Children 8 to 15 years of age are welcome year-round. Adults are considered to be 16 years of age and older.
Child (8 to 15 years) rates apply when sharing with 2 adults in roll-away beds or 1 adult in a single room in the following categories:
– Superior (2 adults and 2 children).
– Deluxe or Ocean Front Suite (2 adults and 1 child).
If there are more than 2 children per family, they must have their own adjacent room and follow the above occupancies.
Third Person Rates
Apply to anyone over 12 years and are limited to one extra person per room on a roll-away extra bed in Superior and Deluxe rooms only. No extra person or child, i.e., third person, in Ocean View rooms.
– 21 December-31 March: 6 nights.
– All other times: 3 nights.
To finalize your booking, a deposit equal to two (2) nights’nights’ stay is required.
Unless otherwise agreed, all remaining charges (minus your deposit) are payable one week prior to your arrival at the resort. Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery cards are accepted as forms of payment.
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing to East Winds and will take effect on the day received by the hotel.
The following scale of charges is payable based on the arrival date at the hotel:
- 40-30 days: 30%
- 29-15 days: 50%
- 14-1 day: 85%
- day of arrival and later: 100%.
No refunds made for no-shows or if guests cut short their stay after arrival. East Winds recommends that all guests are adequately covered by their insurance policy for such charges. Force Majeure Cancellation Policy: in the event of a force majeure occurrence (such as a natural disaster, political unrest, declaration of a State of Emergency, epidemic, pandemic or change in global or national travel restrictions) which prevents the fulfilment of the contract by either party, bookings can be cancelled without penalty, a refund will be given, or a credit voucher to re-book at another date.
Cancellations and Date Changes
If you booked directly with the hotel and have to change your dates, we will offer you an alternative date at the same rate.
If new travel restrictions are introduced either in St Lucia or at home, then we will refund any deposit you have made to the hotel.
If you made your original booking in 2021, you might re-book for any time up to the end of 2022.
If you have booked through an agent, please contact your agent, who will manage cancellations and date changes for you.
If you would like to make a booking direct with the hotel, we will ask you for a refundable deposit to secure your booking. We will then ask you to pay the total cost of your stay, 2 weeks before arrival, by which time there will be certainty about travel restrictions from your country.
If you wish to make bookings through your usual agent, please contact them directly.
